Raw food diets are becoming increasingly popular, but to those of us on the outside, this approach to eating can seem a little odd. I believe there is nobody out there that doesn’t like ice cream. I could eat it in every single moment of my life, even if you wake me up in the middle of the night. It is by far my favorite dessert. Just when the sun rays become warmer in the spring, my kids come to me asking for ice cream.
