For the Cilantro Pizza Dough
- 2 Cups All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Cilantro
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 2 Teaspoons Active Dry Yeast
- 2 Teasoons Sugar
- 1/4 Cup olive oil
- 3/4 Cup Warm Water
For the Toppings
- 1/2 Cup Spanish Chorizo
- 1/2 Cup Manchego Cheese
- 1 Piece White Onion thinly sliced
Combine the yeast, water, and sugar in a bowl. Set aside for 10 minutes.
Whisk together the flour, salt, and chopped cilantro.
Stir the oil and active yeast mixture into the dry ingredients.
Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface.
Set the dough in a lightly oiled bowl and leave to rise for about an hour.
Stretch the dough into a crust.
Top your pizza.
Bake for 15-20 minutes at 425F.
