Corn Flour Pizza Dough
This recipe is really worth the try, whether you're consciously going gluten-free or not. Its fairly quick preparation also makes it an easy-to-prepare snack for the whole family.

For the Corn Flour Pizza Dough
- 2 Cups Corn Flour
- 2 Cups Chickpea Flour
- 1/2 Cup Tapioca Flour
- 1 Egg
- 1 Cup Water
- 1/4 Cup olive oil
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
For the Toppings
- 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 Cup Crushed Tomatoes
- 1 Tin Anchovy Fillets
- 1/2 Cup Black Olives sliced
Combine the corn flour, chickpea flour, tapioca flour, and salt in a bowl.
Add the water, egg, and olive oil. Stir until the dough comes together.
Knead briefly until dough is smooth.
Flatten the dough with a rolling pin and set on a pizza pan.
Pre-bake the crust for 5-7 minutes at 425F.
Top the pizza.
Finish baking for another 10-15 minutes at 425F.
