Crispy Baked Lemon Pepper Wings

- 4 pounds Party Wings
- 3 tbsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 cup olive oil Extra Virgin
- 1/4 cup Butter Unsalted
Preheat oven to 425 F.
Mix oil, 2 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning and garlic powder in a Ziploc bag.
Put chicken in the bag and toss to completely coat.
Spread chicken out on a baking sheet. Be sure not to crowd them so they have a chance to cook evenly.
Bake for 20 minutes. Turn over and bake for another 10 minutes. Remove wings from oven.
While chicken in in the oven, mix melted butter and 1 tablespoon lemon-pepper seasoning. Once chicken is done brush liberally onto wings (stir butter mixture as you go to make sure you have plenty of seasoning for each wing).
Place on platter and serve immediately.
1. If you're making these wings for more than 8 people, just multiply the recipe accordingly.
2. If you can't find lemon pepper salt, you can make your own by combining equal parts kosher salt, lemon juice, and black pepper.
