Smoky Sous Vide Meatballs
A very easy to do meatball recipe that packs a lot of bbq flavor. Prepare this in batches ahead of time for quick weekday dinners.

- 300 Grams Ground Beef
- 1 Piece Egg
- 4 Cloves garlic minced
- 1 Pieces Shallot minced
- 1/4 Cup Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 Teaspoon Granulated Ginger
- 1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Cumin Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Paprika Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Yogurt
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Liquid Smoke
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Form mixture into balls.
Set in the fridge for about ten minutes.
Put the meatballs in a sous vide bag.
Cook for an hour at 140F.
Chill in an ice bath.
Sear for about a minute in a non-stick pan.
Serve with your favorite pasta.
