Sous Vide Greek Pork Chops

- 3 Pieces Pork Chops
- 6 Cloves garlic crushed
- 2 Sprigs Rosemary
- 1/2 Tablespoon Black Peppercorns
- 1/4 Cup olive oil
- 1 Piece Lemon juiced
- Salt to taste
Blend the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, rosemary, and black peppercorns in a food processor.
Marinate the pork overnight in the mixture.
Cook the pork chops sous vide for an hour at 150F.
Transfer the pork chops in an ice bath.
Drain the pork out of the cooking juices in the bag.
Season the pork with salt.
Sear the pork chops for a minute per side in a hot skillet.
