Beef Steak with Cauliflower and Salsa
The tender beef will melt in your mouth together with the fried cauliflower. The spicy note is given by the salsa which is a great addition to this recipe.

Beef Steak + Cauliflower
- 14 oz beef sirloin
- 7 oz Frozen Cauliflower thawed
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Salsa
- 7 oz Canned Tomatoes with juice
- 2 Garlic Cloves crushed
- 1 Green Onion only the green part
- 1 Chile Pepper large
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt to taste
Beef Steak
Rinse the meat and pat dry with a paper towel.
Lightly grease a non-stick skillet with cooking spray or cooking oil.
Place the meat on the skillet and cook for exactly 4 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper while cooking.
Remove from the pan and keep warm.
Drain the cauliflower.
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil and saute the cauliflower for 4-5 minutes until light brown. Season with salt and pepper.
Salsa
Chop the canned tomatoes and add to a bowl.
Chop only the green part of the onion and the chile pepper and add to the tomatoes.
Add all the other ingredients and stir well.
Serve the beef steak with fried cauliflower and salsa.
