Ingredients

For the Curry-Spiced Pizza Dough

  • 1 Tablespoon Active Dry Yeast
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 Cup Warm Water
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
  • 3.5 Cups All Purpose Flour
  • 2 Tablespoons Curry Powder
  • 1.5 Teaspoons Salt

For the Toppings

  • 1 Piece Chicken Breast Fillet cut into strips
  • 2 Pieces Roma Tomatoes thinly sliced
  • 1 Piece Red Onion thinly sliced
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 Teaspoons Curry Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Cup Fresh Cheese
  • 1 handful Cilantro Leaves

Instructions

  • Combine the water, yeast, and sugar in a bowl. Leave for 10 minutes.
  • Whisk the flour, curry powder, and salt in a bowl.
  • Stir in the active yeast mixture into the dry ingredients.
  • Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface.
  • Set the dough to rise in a lightly oiled bowl.
  • Meanwhile, toss the chicken pieces, tomatoes, and onions in a bowl with curry powder and olive oil. Set aside.
  • Stretch the dough into shape.
  • Top with the marinated chicken, tomatoes, and onions.
  • Bake for 25 minutes at 400F.
  • Top with fresh cheese and cilantro leaves.
