Excellent!
This pizza dough is so aromatic and really flavor-packed. The curry flavored toppings reminded me of a traditional chicken Biryani.

This pizza may be one of the most flavorful I've had. Everything from the crust to the assembly of toppings screams flavor inside the mouth, which is exactly what you would expect from any Indian entree.
Let's get everything ready for this treat and leave some yeast to activate in a bowl of warm water and sugar as we do so.
We're putting in a touch of Indian flavors into this pizza starting from the dough. What better spice to speak Indian cuisine than some curry powder? Not much really.
Add a good couple of tablespoons of curry powder into the mix of dry ingredients. Want to kick it up a notch? Try adding some ground cloves, or cardamom powder, or maybe some dried chili flakes. This recipe simply is a basic pizza dough, which I spiced up to my fancy.
After the dry ingredients are evenly incorporated, the wet ones go in – the active yeast mixture and some oil of course, for which I chose coconut oil. The distinct nutty flavor of coconut oil is just perfect with those curry spices.
Stir everything in the bowl until it all comes together, then transfer it onto a lightly floured surface and begin kneading. Do so for about 5-7 minutes or until the dough is completely smooth and elastic.
Set the ball of dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover it with some plastic wrap, and leave it to rise for an hour to an hour and a half.
Meanwhile, get the toppings ready. Briefly marinate the chicken strips, tomato slices, and onions in some olive oil, salt, and more curry powder.
This dough has risen perfectly.
This recipe would be enough to make one large pizza crust or two small ones. I split my dough into 2 portions and flattened each into shape.
Get a pan ready. To reinforce those flavors, I brushed mine with a bit more coconut oil and dusted it with a bit of desiccated coconut.
Top your pizza and set it in the oven to bake for 25-30 minutes at 400F. This pizza dough filled the house with an intense aroma as it baked.
To finish off this pizza with more flavors that are in line with Indian cuisine, I topped it with some fresh cheese and chopped cilantro.
