Alcohol is an incredibly versatile beverage. Not only is it something that we turn to if we want to relax or have a bit of fun, but alcohol is also a powerful ingredient in cooking. For most of us, including alcohol in cooking isn’t really about getting drunk or buzzed. After all, most (but not all) of the alcohol will burn off during cooking and most recipes with alcohol don’t even use all that much alcohol compared to the serving size.
