Who doesn’t love gooey, melty, cheesy food? There is something absolutely amazing about melted cheese, especially when that cheese is paired with a dish that is great in its own right. Finding the right type of cheese and the right quantities to get the best results is always a bit of a challenge – but thankfully, you don’t have to.
Though more popular for this flaming cheese appetizer, this Greek specialty is actually named after a saganaki, a diminutive of a sagani, or a small frying pan with two handles. In fact, it would also be common to see a shrimp or a mussel saganaki as part of a Greek restaurant’s menu. The dish is actually nothing […]
A quick and healthy dish worth serving way past breakfast time! Healthy, quick, and yummy! A shakshuka is basically a one skillet meal of eggs poached in a savory tomato sauce that is typically spiced with cumin and peppers. Do you love cheese or know someone that does? Joining a cheese of the month club is surprisingly easy, and satisfying. I joined the Amazing Clubs version in the middle of a blazing hot California summer, and each shipment arrived one time, safely, cool, and delicious. I’ve decided to give my burgers a Greek spin of flavors this time, and they truly came out delicious! Honestly, this recipe glorifies the raw flavor of beef much more than any traditional bbq […]
Who doesn’t love buffalo chicken? And to top it off with some vegetables and macaroni is just genius. This is a great recipe for any day of the week and does not take long to cook at all. In fact, with football season just around the corner, you could easily make a batch or two of this up for all of your friends and family.
It is often said that fried cheese is an appetizer. But I could hardly consider it like this because it is very filling and it would be impossible for me to eat anything else after that. And if you add some sauteed veggies you will have a meal that will keep the hunger away for many hours.
