Sweet Chili Pork Tocino

Ingredients

  • 1 Kilogram Pork Loin thinly sliced
  • 2 Tablespoons Salt
  • 1/4 Cup Vinegar
  • 1/2 Cup Pineapple Juice
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 4 Cloves garlic minced
  • 1 Teaspoon Chili Flakes
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 3 Tablespoons Onion Powder
  • 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Red Food Color optional

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients and leave to marinate for 3 days in the chiller.
  • Take pork out of the marinade and pan-fry or grill.
