Ingredients
- 1 Kilogram Pork Loin thinly sliced
- 2 Tablespoons Salt
- 1/4 Cup Vinegar
- 1/2 Cup Pineapple Juice
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 4 Cloves garlic minced
- 1 Teaspoon Chili Flakes
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 3 Tablespoons Onion Powder
- 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Red Food Color optional
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and leave to marinate for 3 days in the chiller.
- Take pork out of the marinade and pan-fry or grill.
