- 1/3 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Chili Garlic Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Light Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- Mix all ingredients except for the soba noodles in a large bowl.
- Toss the cooked soba in the dressing until evenly coated.
