- 2 Cups Shredded Green Papaya
- 1 Tablespoon Fish Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Palm Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Roasted Peanuts
- 1 Piece Roma Tomato
- 1-2 Pieces Thai Chili
- Pound all ingredients except for the papaya in a mortar and pestle.
- Toss papaya into the dressing.
- Best served chilled.
