I think eggs are amazing. For one thing, they are incredibly versatile. I mean, you can have them scrambled, hard boiled, soft boiled, poached, fried, sunny side up, over easy and the list just goes on.
What’s more, that’s just a list of how to prepare eggs, it doesn’t count the huge range of different recipes that you can find eggs in. At the same time, eggs also taste fantastic. That’s probably one of the main recipes that we like to prepare eggs in so many different ways to start off with. It seems like we just can’t get enough of the humble egg and we’re forever inventing new ways to get it into our food.
