30 Gluten-Free No-Bake Cookie Recipes… OmNomNom!

Home ‣ Recipe Roundups ‣ 30 Gluten-Free No-Bake Cookie Recipes… OmNomNom!
four examples of no-bake cookies including cookie balls, jelly-filled, and chocolate chip oatmeal

We’ve all been there: you want a homemade cookie but you don’t want to (or don’t have the time to) bake. Maybe your oven is out of commission, maybe the house is already too hot, maybe you’re short on time or maybe you’re just not in the mood. Regardless of your reasoning, this list can help. We’ve compiled the top thirty gluten free no-bake cookie recipes that suit a diet free of wheat, barley, rye and related grains.

When shopping for ingredients, remember to look for products that are certified gluten free.

Oats, for example, are a popular staple in many no-bake recipes, but the cereal grain is susceptible to cross-contamination issues unless you pick up a certified allergen-free product. Especially if you have a medical condition like celiac disease, read the labels on every food item you’re considering buying.

Hi. I found this site and was so excited to try the Coconut Delight cookies, nicknamed “coconut crack” as I love coconut and was looking for a new recipe. Your picture made them look so good. You can imagine my horror and disgust when I clicked on the link and was taken to a porn site. Yes, I said PORN site. I thought I had done something wrong till I went back to your page and tried again. No matter whether I clicked on Coconut Delights or Molly M, I was taken to the porn page. I would really like to try these cookies but have no idea how to get to the correct site with the recipe. I felt you needed to know what was happening.

Thank you so much for letting me know. Sometimes websites owners will take down their website, then other website owners will buy up old domains to siphon traffic and authority from old links, exactly like you discovered here. Unfortunately, the person who bought the old domain from the registrar after Molly M let it expire has built a porn site on it.

I’ve removed the links. You can still look up the original recipe using the WayBackMachine, which keep a snapshot of everything ever uploaded online. Here’s the full URL: http://web.archive.org/web/20150920080746/http://doughingrogue.com/2012/12/23/coconut-delights/

The web archive can be super slow, but if you’re patient, the recipe is still there!
