Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Shredded Green Papaya
  • 1 Tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Palm Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Roasted Peanuts
  • 1 Piece Roma Tomato
  • 1-2 Pieces Thai Chili

Instructions

  • Pound all ingredients except for the papaya in a mortar and pestle.
  • Toss papaya into the dressing.
  • Best served chilled.
