Kids are notoriously picky when it comes to food at the best of times and somehow that issue always seems worse at breakfast time. Finding a healthy breakfast for your kids every day is important, but you are often short on time and patience first thing in the morning. To make matters worse, classic breakfast foods can get boring quickly for kids and treats like pancakes certainly aren’t suitable for every morning.
I think eggs are amazing. For one thing, they are incredibly versatile. I mean, you can have them scrambled, hard boiled, soft boiled, poached, fried, sunny side up, over easy and the list just goes on.
What’s more, that’s just a list of how to prepare eggs, it doesn’t count the huge range of different recipes that you can find eggs in. At the same time, eggs also taste fantastic. That’s probably one of the main recipes that we like to prepare eggs in so many different ways to start off with. It seems like we just can’t get enough of the humble egg and we’re forever inventing new ways to get it into our food.
You just have to look at all of the different coffee stores around to realize how popular coffee is as a drink. It’s something that many of us turn to as a way to make our mornings a little bit easier.
