What Is Kiss My Keto?
I’ve been on and off keto for about a year, but decided to get serious this time around. One company that popped up was Kiss My Keto. Honestly, I thought it was another keto snack box company when I signed up to do a review.
Turns out, it’s not a snack box (but if you’re reading this guys, it’s not a bad idea. Subscription boxes are hot right now).
Instead, they sell their own keto products. I had never purchased keto supplements before since I just ate keto-friendly foods, but I figured what the hell. I’ll give them a try and see what happens.
I was surprised that I actually used everything I bought, and actually plan on buying more. Keep reading to see what Kiss My Keto products I plan on stocking up on!
What Did I Order From Kiss My Keto?
I kept it practical with my first box, and got things I was confident I would use and like.
- keto bars
- keto coffee
- keto protein
- exogenous ketones
Exogenous Ketones
The exogenous ketones were new to me. I’ve heard good and bad things about them, namely one side saying that they can help if you use them right, and others saying they are completely useless.
I don’t test my blood or breath for ketosis. I use the pee strips still. I know many long-time keto people don’t recommend them, but for now they are cheap and simple. I mention this just because I didn’t measure whether or not the ketones kept me in ketosis, or helped me reach it.
What I did notice was a boost of energy when I drank them. This was before I read anything about how they work. I did just some plain old field testing and brought some to the gym with me.
Honestly, I felt like I drank a milder version of a pre-workout drink. You know, the ones with tons of caffeine that get you jacked up and ready to pump iron? It wasn’t as strong as that, but I felt a surge of energy after drinking them so much that I had to look to see if there was caffeine in the mix.

Also, I felt that they helped with my keto flu just this week. I always get fuzzy-headed going into ketosis (I was out of it for about a week due to holiday cheating). Drinking the ketones chilled out the fuzzy headache I think, although this is just anecdotal!
These particular exogenous ketones were quite salty, like Gatorade. I’m not sure if that’s standard for exogenous ketones.
Keto Protein
Another winner here, although I’m not sure how often I’d actually use it. The flavor was great, but there was a little of weird “sugar free sweetener” aftertaste like a lot of fake-sweet products. This aftertaste can be mitigated by mixing with almond milk, whole milk, or coffee!
I still prefer my own bodybuilder style whey protein for the flavor and protein content I need for my workouts. I know some people freak out about consuming too much protein from glycogenesis, but how else am I supposed to build muscles?

Keto Bars
I got a mix of three flavors in the variety box: chocolate peanut butter, chocolate coconut, and chocolate cookie dough. All flavors were tasty!
I wasn’t a huge fan of the cookie dough flavor because you could taste the stevia more. Peanut butter and coconut bars had stronger flavors, so the stevia taste was not as strong.
I did find that they were a little bit mealy in texture at room temperature, but putting them in the fridge fixed that. Even my girlfriend, who is non-keto, liked them. In fact, she liked the cookie dough one the best.

Keto Coffee
Enjoying this keto coffee was the biggest surprise for me since I’m a coffee snob. Yes, it’s just powdered coffee with chocolate and sweetener. Nothing crazy here. However, it’s just super convenient and tasty to have on hand.
Sometimes I’d drink it on the go if I hadn’t eaten and needed some energy and food in my body. Sometimes, I’d just have it as an afternoon snack. Sometimes if I needed to tweak my macros a bit and get more fat I’d have another cup throughout the day. With 21 grams of fat in one package, it’s a great way to boost your fat intake throughout the day.
I did find that it doesn’t mix perfectly with “hot” water. I had to mix it with hot water, stir, then microwave until piping hot, or let it sit for a few minutes to let everything dissolve into the liquid. On days where I was impatient, I just drank the clumps, which you can see in the image below.

Anyway, I’ll be ordering more of keto coffee to have on hand for sure.
How Does Kiss My Keto Compare To Other Boxes?
Since Kiss My Keto isn’t a subscription box, it’s not exactly comparable. However, if you were to order monthly, then you could make your own custom monthly keto box!
How would it stack up?
Well, to be honest, I think you’d get bored pretty fast. There’s not that much to browse on the Kiss My Keto website in terms of exciting products. They have some good stuff, don’t me wrong, but for example, they only have two flavors of keto protein (chocolate and birthday cake).
I do recommend however, that you check out their blog!
Kiss My Keto won’t blow your socks off in terms of having weird and wild keto stuff to try every month. However, they do have some solid products worth trying out.
Can This Help You Reach Your Keto Goals?
The answer to this question is absolutely YES. They have a good range of products for variety of situations. The bars, coffee, and supplements are perfect for snacks throughout the day.
I liked having them around to help me tweak my macros to fit in my proper fat content, and also they were great to have on hand for emergencies when I just couldn’t cook (I normally cook 2-3 meals every day). Having keto-friendly bar on hand helps a lot to keep you from reaching for your girlfriends sugary granola mix as an afternoon snack.
Will I Order From Kiss My Keto Again?
Yes, I’m already planning my next order. For one, I want to stock up on Keto Coffee. I’m also interested in their other supplements though, namely Replenish, Stablize, and Energy.
Namely, I want to try the keto energy. Even on the keto diet, I’m pretty lethargic, and am always interested in ways to maintain energy without consuming tons of caffeine. Anything is worth a try!
I’d also like to try the electrolytes to see how it helps my gym recovery. I don’t work out super hard to the point where I would actually need electrolytes, but again, anything is worth trying to improve my workouts and recovery times.
