    I am a beginner not only with a wok but just cooking in general. This is an excellent presentation of the spices and rubs. The few questions I have are 1) How do you know how much is enough when utilizing the different spices.
    I can’t tell if you would need 1/8th teaspoon or a full teaspoon of the spices. 2) I observe in a lot of the Asian restaurants they have a multitude of liquid ingredients that they squeeze into the wok. What is it that they are adding. Is it the spices listed and mixed with water etc.
    I realize you cannot take the time to get really explanative but whatever you may offer me would help.
